Weaving Attachment: A Postpartum Journey
A postpartum class on parenting through repair, co-regulation and attachment for pre-crawling infants and their parents. Learn techniques to soothe and support your baby based on the latest research in Attachment Theory and Neuroscience.



Classes will draw from Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy, RIE parenting (Magda Gerber), Developmental Movement (Lenore Grubinger), the Midwifery Model of Care, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, and a desire to re-wild the way we parent. Learn techniques to help your baby unwind birth patterns and inhabit their body and life-force more comfortably and confidently. Space will be held to connect with yourself in the midst of parenting a new human. Cultivate a personal vision for your family as you welcome your new child. Learn how to build connection and to repair your attachment when needed. Understand how to be a “good enough” parent, the ultimate goal of optimal parenting.
